How long does my membership last?
All memberships are valid from January 1 through December 31, 2019 and expire on January 1, 2020.

What happens after I purchase a membership?
You’ll receive a receipt via email for your membership. Then, we’ll mail you a membership letter that contains your card. Pop the card out of the letter and store it in your wallet or car. You'll need to show it to our staff every time you use your membership benefits.

How do I give someone a gift membership?
Newtown Theatre memberships are a great gift! If you’re the person giving the gift:

  1. Select the membership level you’d like to give

  2. Select “Purchasing a membership for someone else” at the top of the form

  3. Complete the form with your information, including phone number and email

  4. Once we receive your order, we’ll mail you a gift membership letter that you can give to the recipient. If you’re not local or you can’t hand-deliver the gift, please let us know in the comments box. We’ll send you the gift membership via email and you can forward it or deliver it any way you’d like.

I was given a gift membership. How do I redeem it?
If someone recently gave you a gift membership (lucky you!), follow the instructions on your welcome letter:

  1. Select the correct membership level from the drop-down at the top of this page

  2. Select “Redeeming a gift membership purchased for me” at the top of the membership form

  3. Complete the form, including your mailing address, phone number, and email address

  4. On the payment form, enter the coupon code provided in your letter, and your membership will be free! We’ll mail your new membership card at the address you provide.

Can I fill out a paper form to join? Can I pay in cash the next time I'm at the Newtown Theatre?
Because we have so many folks to keep track of, we cannot accept membership forms or payment in person. All memberships must be initiated or renewed on our website so that we have everyone's information in one central location. You can pay with a credit card or PayPal account.

How will I know it's time to renew my membership?
We will mail you a reminder at the address you provide when you register. 

Is my membership tax-deductible?
Yes, all memberships are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
