Synopsis

Glory, love and self-fulfillment come to life in Stephen Schwartz’s iconic and unforgettable musical masterpiece Pippin. With an infectiously unforgettable score, Pippin is the story of one young man’s journey to be extraordinary. Guided by a mysterious troupe of performers and led by the eerily charismatic Leading Players, Pippin explores various paths, including war, political power, love, and the simple life. Each venture leaves him increasingly unsatisfied, pushing him to discover what truly makes life meaningful. Does he follow in the footsteps of his father, one of the most powerful men in the land? Or does he strike out on his own, to find his own 'corner of the sky.'
